Morning rounds

This morning Ian is stable. All vitals are good. His oxygenation levels are the highest in PICU. Go buddy!

His temp is one step from normal.  At 1:30 today they will set his temp to normal. Once he gets to that point they will start backing off the meds, starting with the paralytic.

God is good and he's in the house!

  4. Don't believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is limitation. Look with your understanding, find out what you already know, and you'll see the way to fly. In order to win, you must expect to win. To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there.

  9. God is truly the almighty and his wishes and desires are sometimes mysterious to us. He has chosen to reach down and place his hand on Ian and in doing so inspires all of us to believe, wish, and hope. Ian's story has rekindled some of my faith and helped ignite my beliefs in goodness and in the goodness of people. Ian you and all effected will remain in my prayers. Life is precious and love is priceless.
